The Proviz REFLECT360 pannier cover is adjustable and designed to fit over all standard size panniers (up to 25L capacity). The Proviz REFLECT360 pannier cover, like the whole of the REFLECT360 range, is manufactured from CE EN 20471 certified material. The pannier cover is dual-layered to give you unparalleled water-resistance and is made from 100% reflective material to help your position be more easily identified on the road. The Proviz REFLECT360 pannier cover is attached securely using elasticized cords and press-stud fasteners. The edges of the cover are elasticized to create a secure fit around your pannier. A light loop can also be used for those wishing to attach an extra LED light. About the fabric: The fabric used for the REFLECT360 range is highly technical. During daylight, it is a modest grey color. At night, when the fabric picks up an external light source, e.g. vehicle headlights, it gives "astonishing reflectivity" (quote: Cycling Active Magazine Sep:2014). The Loop Junk Strap is the same 120cm woven nylon strap with a stainless steel buckle that Surly's regular junk strap is. The Loop Style Junk Strap, however, has a loop sewn at each end of the strap so you can wrap them around small diameter tubing like that used for racks and handlebars. They secure in the middle with the stainless steel buckle. Surly made these Loop Style Junk Straps because it offers another method for those wanting to secure cargo to their racks and or bikes. Suitable as a tourniquet or stylish headband in a pinch, the Whip Lash's primary function is to help you attach whatever needs attaching to your bicycle frame. Available in a multi-pack that includes two 550mm lashes and one 695mm lash, the Whip Lash's potential is limited only by your imagination. You could use one to strap your beverage to the down tube when the trail says you ought to keep your hands on the bars. Or you could use another to fix your fishing gear to the top tube when rack space is maxed out. Whatever you get into on or off the bike, they're handy to have around because they're light, compact, and easy to use. Surly's Dummy Rail Collars are nothing more than a simple clamping device that buttresses the connection between your Big Dummy Frame and the Dummy Rails. They increase the stiffness of the interface of these two parts and help keep your cargo from getting its salad tossed… unless of course your Dummy Bags are filled with tossed salad. These are designed specifically for use with the Big Dummy frame and Dummy rails, and will not work with Xtracycle rails. WARNING: Properly installed Dummy Rail Collars are required for carrying live cargo on your Big Dummy.

Surly's Junk Straps are basically really long toe straps. They're 120cm woven nylon with a stainless steel buckle. Surly had them made to specification to ensure that they work well and last a long time. They're easy to use and they stay tight. Once you're ready, loosening them is quick and easy. They're light, pack small, and securely and conveniently attach all kinds of stuff to your rack, basket, handlebar, backpack, under your seat, around your thigh…just about anyplace. Surly's Dummy Deck provides a light, durable platform for cargo bikes, built to Xtracycle's Longtail standard — including the Big Dummy, of course. The Dummy Deck is stamped from 4mm-thick aluminum, chosen for its strength, durability, and recyclability, and it bolts directly to Surly Dummy Rails to stiffen and stabilize the whole system (it's also compatible with Xtracycle V-racks by using Xtracycle's SuperHooks). It features cut-outs for routing straps and cordage, a mounting hole for a rear light bracket, accessory-mounting holes, and countersunk holes for SuperHook hardware.

Dummy Rails support Dummy Bags on your Big Dummy cargo bike, and Surly's Dummy Deck bolts directly to them, stiffening the whole system for a more stable load. Dummy Rails are made of light, strong aluminum and were designed in conjunction with the Dummy Deck and Dummy Bags; each component works best when used with the others. Like all Surly products, they've built in lots of useful details. For example, the deck-attachment bosses stick up from the rails to create space between the deck and rails, providing windows to route tie-down straps and cordage; and threaded bottle cage bosses located at the rear of each rail provide mounting locations for accessories: bottle cages of course, or lights, cameras, pumps, flags, horns, light saber scabbards, disco balls, spittoons, cornucopias, etc. Dummy Rails will work with cargo frames (including the Surly Big Dummy) built around Xtracycle's longtail standards.
