Notary Public Services

Jonathan Seibold, Notary Public (and owner of Family Bike Shop), is available to perform notary services on a walk-in or appointment basis. 

Oath or Affirmation, Acknowlegement, Protest, Deed, Mortgage, Lease, Motor Vehicle Form, Adoption, Child Custody, Citizenship, Identity Fraud Affidavit and more.

Valid Picture ID is required for all who sign.  Jonathan must witness signature(s)/no presigned documents. 

Fee for service: $2 to $5 per signature. Cash payment preferred.
