The Proviz REFLECT360 pannier cover is adjustable and designed to fit over all standard size panniers (up to 25L capacity). The Proviz REFLECT360 pannier cover, like the whole of the REFLECT360 range, is manufactured from CE EN 20471 certified material. The pannier cover is dual-layered to give you unparalleled water-resistance and is made from 100% reflective material to help your position be more easily identified on the road. The Proviz REFLECT360 pannier cover is attached securely using elasticized cords and press-stud fasteners. The edges of the cover are elasticized to create a secure fit around your pannier. A light loop can also be used for those wishing to attach an extra LED light. About the fabric: The fabric used for the REFLECT360 range is highly technical. During daylight, it is a modest grey color. Surly's Dummy Rail Collars are nothing more than a simple clamping device that buttresses the connection between your Big Dummy Frame and the Dummy Rails. They increase the stiffness of the interface of these two parts and help keep your cargo from getting its salad tossed… unless of course your Dummy Bags are filled with tossed salad. These are designed specifically for use with the Big Dummy frame and Dummy rails, and will not work with Xtracycle rails. WARNING: Properly installed Dummy Rail Collars are required for carrying live cargo on your Big Dummy.
