General Store Information

Q: What are your current hours of operation?

A: We are currently open to customers Wednesday-Sunday 12pm-5pm.
We are closed on Monday's and Tuesday’s. Our employees are working very hard to catch up on repair orders, restocking of inventory, and sanitizing our store on Mondays and Tuesdays. We cannot assist customers during those days.

Q: Do you currently offer repair services?

A: Yes! We repair all makes and models of bicycles on a first come-first serve basis. No appointment necessary. We perform free-estimates while you wait. We do perform same-day-service and while-you-wait service if we are able.  If a bicycle needs to be checked-in for a more lengthy repair, turn-around time may be up to two weeks, depending on the type of service necessary and parts availability.

Q: Can I return a bike or cycling gear if it's not right for me?

A: Yes. We've extended our standard return period so that you can shop with confidence. Your satisfaction is our priority.

Q: Do you have any new bicycles in stock right now?

A: We wish we had more availability for new bicycle sales! Strangely, we hardly have ANY bicycles in stock currently! You can find a list of our in-stock new cycles here, although this list is updated only every 24 hours, and may not be current.
Please be aware that we (as well as all bicycle shops nationwide) are having difficulty getting in bicycles due to the pandemic, as well as the bike industry boom. There is a MUCH smaller supply internationally than the demand right now.
We will help you in the best way we can under the circumstances. Please let us know if you have any other questions, and keep checking in! The new and used bike availability changes weekly, although the arrival for the new model year bicycles will not be until at least late July or August 2020.

Q: Do you sell used bikes?

A: Yes! As they become available to us! Our turn-around time for used bicycles is extremely fast, so we are not posting availability at this time. See our Used Bikes page for more info.

Q: Do you buy used bikes?

A: We take used bikes on a case-by-case basis for Trade-In and Consignment. We *do not* purchase used bikes outright. See our Used Bikes page for more info.

Q: Do you build bikes that are not from your store?

A: Yes! Our bike assembly and tunes are $125. No appointment necessary.  This is not a while-you-wait service.

Q: What is the best way to contact you during the pandemic?

*Due to the extremely large amount of phone calls we are receiving, we are not able to respond to phone calls at this time. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Q: What is your store doing to help prevent the spread of Covid-19?

A: The safety of our employees as well as our customers is our top priority. We’ve undertaken the following safety protocols in accordance with CDC recommendations to keep our team and visitors safe. We are continuing to enforce the outlined temporary limitations for visiting our physical store according to COVID-19 guidelines.
